The same action as a line of user text, for a stack that does not honour forwardedProps.

Upstream's own Kotlin example moved to this form after finding that the ADK adapter, seeing the middleware's synthetic tool pair as a call it never made, dropped the whole batch and the user message with it. The model reads the action as prose, which is enough for it to know what to draw next. The format is the example's, character for character, so a backend that learned to read one reads the other.
