A catalog's definition of one function.

schema is the definition object verbatim and the typed fields are lifted out of it. As with ComponentDefinition, schema wins on the way out for any key it already carries, and the typed fields supply only the keys it omits — so editing returnType with copy on a decoded definition does not change what is emitted, while a definition built in Kotlin still round trips.
