CheckBox -- a box and its label, toggling one boolean in the data model.
ChoicePicker -- the catalog's one component whose bound value is a list.
Column -- children laid out vertically.
DateTimeInput -- Material's date and time pickers, behind a field that shows ISO 8601.
Divider -- a hairline separating content.

Image -- the picture at a URL, drawn by the host's loader.
List -- a scrollable run of children, usually generated from a bound array.
The image loader in effect, or null when the host has provided none.
The Markdown renderer in effect.
The words this module uses, which a host may replace -- see A2uiStrings.

Row -- children laid out horizontally.
Slider -- a number in a range, written back as the thumb moves.
Tabs -- one child at a time, chosen by a strip of headers.
TextField -- two-way binding's write half.

Video -- the frame a player will occupy, with the poster in it.
